Who should have access to the analytics of a company's website? I seem to have about 5 people who all have access to analytics in the company is this normal? Director of R&D, some coder goon, marketing directory, and biz dev guy...

Honestly Stephanie, it all depends who the "Boss" really wants to include on the analytics. Only thing I would recommend is to keep track who has access so if someone gets fired they cannot export the data and sell to another competitor etc. Keep a tight grasp on who you share the analytics with as well!

Ok, I was thinking this was the case...

Do you think its worth while to change the password to access the analytics every once in awhile if you need to "keep a tight grasp on who you share the analytics"?

I would say it would be a good idea if someone is removed from the company or web project. If an employee were to go to a competitor and still had access that could be a bad thing.

If nothing changes in the company I see no need to change the password.
