Hi All,
At the moment this forum seems to be quite heavily weighted towards Google, which is fair enough with it being the market leader in search.
However, BING, appears to be rising fast and led the way towards the end of 2009 with innovations such as real time search.
We have found that our sites rank quite well in BING so what we are doing seems to be along the right track.
What experiences have you all had with the 'alternative' search engine results?
Cheers
Ian

As far as Bing is concerned, we always focus on Google 1st and then Bing just seems to fall in line. What I am saying is that we rank well on both. I believe the focus on Google is mainly my fault, we focus so much time on them that I tend to forget Bing and Yahoo until a client asks me where they are at on these search engines.
Anyway, good point, we will make certain to include our experiences with these guys more in the future.
My problem has never been Bing, we have always been able to obtain a page one rank there easy enough. The issue we do have is Yahoo. It seems that they are so connected with the domain. Would you agree with that?

Hey Cade,
Yeah I would go along with that. What works for Google usually works pretty well for BING. Yahoo is a right pain in the royal ass as it doesn't always fit in with strategys used for GOOGLE and BING.
I report on the three major search engines for my clients on a monthly basis.
Cheers
Ian
